Event Registration

The CITES Help Desk is the first place for faculty, staff, and students to get help on computing issues (Illinois Compass, NetFiles, passwords, email, and so on). This presentation will be targeted to your needs as a teacher and as a user of technology yourself.

You can be secure in the knowledge that your students will get all the support they need when you make assignments involving technology. Come to this session to find out exactly how CITES will support you and your students.

Also, because they have helped so many users, the Help Desk can offer advice on how to be a happier user of technology. This session will inform you about information technology resources available to you as a faculty member which you may not have used yet, and give advice on how to make your technological life a little easier.
